mąstymo vystymasis statusas T sritis švietimas apibrėžtis Filogenezės (nuo žmogaus kilmės iki šiol) ir ontogenezės (nuo vaiko gimimo iki sambrandos) mąstymo vystymasis prasideda susipažįstant su aplinkos daiktais, reiškiniais ir kinta suvokiant tikrovę, kalbą, įgyjant darbinės ir socialinės patirties. Ontogenezės laikotarpiu mąstymo vystymąsi pirmiausia lemia žaidimai, suaugusiųjų kalba, mokymasis (veiksminis mąstymas). Vaikas išorinius veiksmus (manipuliacijas su daiktais) perkelia į vidinius veiksmus, t. y. į minčių planą (interiorizacija, įsisavinimas). Atliekant veiksmus su daiktais atmintyje fiksuojami vaizdai, kurie iš pradžių esti neaiškūs, vėliau ryškesni, daiktų vaizdiniais (vaizdinis mąstymas). Vaikui pradėjus kalbėti, vystosi apibendrinti vaizdiniai, simboliai, o vėliau – sąvokos. Išmokstama mintyse lyginti daiktus, rasti jų panašumus, skirtumus. Kalba koreguoja, kontroliuoja mąstymą. Taip susiformuoja simbolinis, intuityvus, žodinis mąstymas. 2–7 m. vaiko mąstymas yra ikioperacinis. Tai pasirengimo operaciniam mąstymui laikotarpis. Mokykliniame amžiuje, įsisavinant daugiau abstrakčių sąvokų, vystosi abstraktus sąvokinis mąstymas, pagrįstas įvairiomis mąstymo operacijomis. atitikmenys: angl. thinking development vok.
